Sponsor Information

 

This year we are offering four levels of sponsorship for the CT Chapter Walk-n-Roll to Cure SMA.  Below is  a brief explanation of each. Please feel free to contact webmaster@ctfsma.org with any questions. Please note that the deadline to be included on the t-shirt is May 7th.

 

$100 Sponsor a Walker (Child)  A $100 donation will  be recognized with signage along the walk path. The sign will feature the photo of a child with SMA and the sponsor name. Signs will be 8 1/2" x 11".

 

$250 Add a T-Shirt  A donation of $250 will be acknowledged with signage along the walk and the sponsor's name on the back of the t-shirt.

 

$500 Mile Marker Sponsor  A donation of $500 will earn the sponsor a custom made sign at one of the mile markers along the walk. A logo may be included if supplied in the correct format. The sponsor's name will also appear on the t-shirt.

 

$1000 Start/Finish Line Sponsor  A donation of $1000 will be acknowledged with a large, custom made sign at either the finish or starting line of the walk. A logo may be incorporated if supplied in the correct format. The sponsor's name and/or logo will also appear on the back of the t-shirt.
